Stacy enjoys sharing her passion for the Yamhill Valley with others. As Real Estate Broker for over 20 years, Stacy expertly guides her clients through the process of buying and selling their homes. Her unique connection to the community and her years of experience as a negotiator, mediator, and marketing specialist allow Stacy to give every client top-notch service. Stacy worked closely with her mother, Mary Martin, for many years in her real estate business. A lifelong resident of McMinnville, Stacy is also a Western Oregon University graduate and holds a master’s degree from Portland State University. A former educator, property manager, and vacation rental owner, Stacy brings much experience to her work life. She is active in community events and enjoys local restaurants and shops. She joined her Father and Sister 6 years ago and has been helping people reach their goals of buying and selling real estate professionally and consistently. Trisha loves spending time with her family and friends. She enjoys traveling and finding new literature to read. Trisha spent time at community college. She knows how to welcome new community members with her long experience living and supporting the community.

Justin Smith has emerged as a hard-working and knowledgeable real estate agent in his four-year professional career. His caring and thorough ways help clients through all elements of a sale. Although experienced in residential and multi-family property, small acreage and country homes are Justin’s specialty. He knows how to work with governmental agencies and has connections with service providers in the area. Growing up and living most of his life in McMinnville, Justin has strong ties to his friends and family. He works hard to keep up with his busy daughters. Justin is a project guy, remodeling his home and properties. He loves to hunt, fish, and take his boat out when he can get away. Justin spent time in Community College and has a long career serving the public as a firefighter and paramedic.

The granddaughter of Barry House and the daughter of Trish House, Ashley Hernandez is a third-generation real estate agent. She joins the House Family in their long and hard-working real estate career. Ashley worked hard to buy her first home. She understands the value of home ownership and the importance of home equity. Ashley will gladly help home buyers work to achieve their goals of realizing the American Dream of homeownership. Ashley graduated from Linfield College and has been changing kids’ lives in the classrooms of Newby Elementary School. Ashley likes to travel, go to the beach, and spend time with her family and friends in her spare time.

Susan has lived in McMinnville with her husband for over 30 years. She loves all the area has to offer, and enjoys golfing, kayaking and wine tasting. She’s even been known to spend some of her spare time working in friends’ tasting rooms, introducing locals and visitors alike to the flavors of the Willamette Valley. Susan retired in 2022 from a long career as an elementary school teacher in the McMinnville School District. She enjoyed working with families to support positive outcomes for her students and loves seeing generations of her “kids” around town. For twenty-five years she’s also been supporting her husband’s general contracting business provide input to help clients create their dream homes. After retiring from teaching, she decided to take her love of homes and real estate to the next level and join Baker Street Real Estate. She loves working with Stacy, Barry and the team and is am proud to be part of a seasoned, hard-working crew that loves the area and the business of helping people navigate the home buying and selling processes as much as she does.
